Guy Alma, Director of Development - The Camphill School

The Camphill School has worked with Scott for years. He saw us through our
first substantial capital campaign, from the feasibility study to the finish
line. Scott understands fundraising, understands relationship building, and
knows how to motivate volunteers and board members. Even more importantly,
he has experienced the stresses and strains that development staff face
during intense capital fundraising and he knows how to create resilience and
positivity in a development team. We learned a lot from Scott when we first
met him, and we are still learning today. I am proud of the skills our team
has mastered, and Scott has been a powerful driver of our success.
