Scott A. Williams
Founder & Managing Partner
Scott is a Managing Partner and Founder of Panorama Consulting. Scott manages and directs capital campaigns and other traditional and complex fundraising initiatives, conducts feasibility studies and development audits, and develops fundraising plans for non-profit organizations.
Scott previously worked at St. John's University in a variety of positions during the late ’90s as an Assistant Coach of the Football team, Assistant to the Director of Alumni Relations and as a Development Officer. In 2012 he returned to the University to serve as Associate Vice President of Alumni and Donor Relations. Scott also served as Executive Director of Development and Alumni Relations for the Waldorf School of Garden City and as Senior Managing Director at Changing Our World, Inc., an international fundraising and philanthropy firm. Previously, he worked for the United States Secret Service, where he protected dignitaries and ambassadors and provided security for both President George H.W. Bush and President William J. Clinton.
He has served on the Advisory Board of the Long Island Community Foundation, as a board member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America, the Waldorf School of Garden City, RSF Social Finance, Live Arts Theater, Board of Regents for NYU Langone Hospital – Long Island, Advisory Committee for Camp Glen Brook in New Hampshire, and is a former Co-Chair of ERASE Racism. Currently, Scott serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Trinity University Alumni Association and the Charlottesville Police Foundation.
Scott is a Networking Magazine David Award recipient. The honorees are selected for this prestigious award for their dedication to community, accomplishments in business and outstanding humanitarian acts. Scott also received the Outstanding Alumni Award from The Waldorf School of Garden City in recognition of his professional accomplishments and his dedication and commitment to the school and the greater community.
Scott holds a BA in Communication and a Minor in Sociology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He also earned a MS in School Counseling from St. John’s University’s School of Education.

As a Managing Partner, Susan Braun brings over two decades of experience in independent school administration and operations to Panorama Consulting. Susan successfully guided two multi-million dollar capital campaigns and all related capital improvement projects – from concept to construction.

Tom Watson is the president and founder of CauseWired, a consulting firm advising clients in the social sector: nonprofits, foundations and companies. Tom is a journalist, author, and consultant who has worked at the confluence of media technology and social change for more than two decades.
Jonathan Gudema, Esq.

Jonathan has over 20 years of experience working with and advising non-profit organizations on planned gift arrangements and tax-advantaged charitable estate planning options. An attorney by training, Jonathan has played key roles in helping non-profit organizations manage planned giving programs.
Larry Goldstein Senior Consultant
Larry Goldstein came to Panorama from The Board Whisperers, a consulting group dedicated to aligning non-profit organizations with their mission and vision. He provides executive coaching, board development, fund development plans, diversity training, ’Giving and Receiving Feedback’ workshops and has led organizations through their strategic planning process.
